I often hear that one should begin with the end in mind and I do have a vision of the me that I really want to be…when it is all said and done. I hope that by deliberately putting forth the effort to form some of the habits that I long to have will bring me one step closer to the me that I really want to be. So, if you would like to join along, feel free to download the printable that I created for myself.

How to Use the 21 Days of Becoming Printable
First decide on ONE habit. Write down the reason for the wanting to develop the habit. I have found this helpful because it helps to remind me why it is important for me to be diligent in creating the habit. It helps me avoid giving up!
Next, find some sort of quote of scripture to encourage you to forge ahead and push through to form your habit. Mark you start date and the goal date, which should be 21 days from the start date.
Finally, start forming your habit! Each day put a check mark in the appropriate box under the column labeled 1st attempt. If you slip up and miss a day, start your 21 days of habit forming over using the 2nd attempt column. Once you have spent 21 consecutive days forming your habit, mark your completion date and celebrate because you are one habit closer to becoming “the me that I really want to be!”
