Whenever I juice stuff for me and the kids, I usually sneak some extra stuff in…like carrots, celery, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, zucchini, etc. I am usually pretty successful at masking the stuff they don’t really care to drink (vegetables) with things that they love (all kinds of fruit). But, this time we went strait OJ, which is always one of my favorites!!!
Fresh, OJ…just what the doctor ordered to keep the yuckies away, right?!?!?

ReplyDeleteI hope your family feels better!
ReplyDeleteHomemade Oj is great and all, but what really impresses me is your CLEAN Kitchen!!! How do you do it? Everytime you post a picture and your home is in the backgroud it is beautifully picked-up! 5 kids, homeschool... AND a clean home! AWESOME!
ReplyDeleteO No. That is no fun! We also take probiotics. You can get them at the health food store. There is a powder form for the kids and I just mix it in their juice. Get better soon.

Looks so yummy. Wish I had a juicer. I mean an electric one.
ReplyDeleteLooks so yummy. Is there a way to make it pulp free with the juicer? My kids all hate any pulp.
ReplyDeleteYou know, there really isn't THAT much pulp when we use the juicer...it just kind of looks like it in the picture.
ReplyDeleteThis looks great! I bet is tastes wonderful.
ReplyDeleteThat looks amazing. The neighborhood across the street from us used to be an orchard. They are always begging people to pick oranges. We've been REALLY struggling with the sickies here too. I think we are going to have to go picking!
