Education Cubes {A Sneak Peak into what I’ve been working on}

imageAwhile back, I mentioned that I was working on something behind the scenes. Well, after over 8 months of work, preparation, and LOTS of prayer, I am super excited to let you all know what I have been working on!

First off, I am always on the lookout for new, innovative hands-on learning tools. For awhile I was very intrigued with how other mom bloggers were re-purposing all kinds of blocks to use for various educational activities. I came across lots of neat ideas, but I never got around to making any of them.

However, when my daughter needed a pair of dice with the numbers 5-10 on them for one of her math assignments, my mind started reeling and I had a “God thought!”  :-) That was in March of 2010 and I have been plugging away with the idea of Education Cubes ever since!

We have been using our Education Cubes for quite awhile now and we LOVE them!

Needless to say, I am very excited to be able to show you all what I have been up to! So, be sure to head over to my new site, Education Cubes to see what it is all about!

    This is so unbelievable. I was literally about a week ago trying to figure out how to modify the felt cube from a Discovery Toys toddler game to be a pocket cube like this! :)

  19. Jennifer~
    I did some research and made some calls and it appears that One Step Ahead will ship to the UK. However, they would have to provide a shipping quote for you (which may take a few days). Their customer service # is 1-800-950-5120. Here is the link to the product on their site: http://www.onestepahead.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=535351
