This is a cute little book about a little boy who likens his day headed off to grandma's house to that of a cowboy. He mounts his horse (his mother's back) and meets up out West (grandma's house). The little boy has quite an imagination, which made this a fun read!

That sounds like a cute book, I will have to look for it. Have you checked out He's Got the Whole World in His Hands by Kadir Nelson? This was one of our little finds at the library, I love the illustrations and of course the song!
