How to Make Links Open a New Window

Do you get frustrated when you click on a link and it takes you away from the original page you were on? Do you want your readers to be able to click on and go to your links without leaving your site? Well, I have been there and I know your frustration. So, I figured out how to prevent these things from happening and it is pretty easy. All you have to do is edit a bit of the html code. Once you have attached your link, go to the html portion and you should find code beginning with a href that is enclosed in less than and greater than symbols < >.

Between the second set of quotations (") and the greater than symbol (>) you need to add the following:

target="_blank"

That's it!! Now your readers should be able to click on and go to attached links without being taken away from your original window.
